Queen MaMotebang Mopeli wins Forty under Forty South Africa Award

The Bakoena Royal Council proudly congratulates our very own Mofumahali Mamotebang Mopeli on being honoured with the prestigious Forty Under Forty South Africa Award in Melrose Gauteng , yesterday.

The ceremony, hosted by the Department of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities, the NYDA, and 40/40, celebrated exceptional young South Africans who are making a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

Mofumahali Mopeli received this recognition for her outstanding contribution to philanthropy, community development, and the advancement of marginalized and vulnerable groups in governance and oversight structures — a true reflection of her passion, leadership, and service.

We are immensely proud of her and all that she continues to represent.
